I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 132962) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. With specialized training and experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and a focus on the Asian and Asian American experience, I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive and personalized therapy. Education & Training:
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College. Additionally, I have received training in EMDR Parts 1 & 2 from the EMDR Institute, enhancing my ability to assist clients in processing traumatic experiences.
